Favorites of Fall 2015

Sottero & Midgley's Dawnelle

What's Trending for Wedding Dresses?
This season, we've seen warm colors like gold and mocha fill the runway stages! These not-so-traditional colored gowns have made a bold movement in the bridal world and we are LOVING every second of it! Traditionally, white and ivory is what you walk down the isle wearing. Though beautiful, details can get a bit lost in the never ending white fabric. Wearing a colored gown with ivory accents allow the details of the wedding dress to really pop out! Also trending this season-thick lace and bold accents (See photo of Dawnelle above)!

Without further ado, a list of our Fall 2015 Favorites!

AF Couture style 1348 pictured in light gold/silver
Why we love it: This seductive gown has us head over heals. The light gold fabric is accented with bold Swarovski crystal beading. We love this gown not only for the sexy silhouette, but for it's richness in details.

Allure Bridals style 9259 pictured in champagne/ivory
Why we love it: Take a close look at the lace on style 9259. The romantic rose and flower lace details are accented with bold and edgy increments of pinstripes! This is so unique and has never been done by Allure before! The champagne underlay really allows the ivory lace details to POP!

Blu style 5368 pictured in ivory/nude
Why we love it: Again with the non-traditional color, this nude soft net fabric allows for a more subtle take on the non-traditional wedding gown. Maintaining a traditional and classic silhouette and conservative bodice, the nude coloring allows you to rebel against normal wedding traditions without being too anti-bride.

Casablanca style 2210 pictured in champagne/ivory/champagne

Why we love it: Everything about this dress shouts perfection. This made the Fall 2015 favorite list for so many reasons! The fabric is sensual, the lace is soft and romantic, and the silhouette is timeless.

Julietta style 3184 pictured in ivory
Why we love it: Julietta style 3184 is striking. It can be worn by itself or with an added belt to give it even MORE personality (and to accentuate the natural waist)! The textured bottom gives this true mermaid an edge to the popular silhouette. We know our sassy #BravuraBrides will love this too!

Madison James Bridal style MJ162 pictured in ivory
Why we love it: Who doesn't love a beautiful lace gown with lace sleeves? What makes this different? The thick lace overlay is truly magnificent and oh so unique. We love the deep scooped neck. Try a back necklace with this to really play up this look!

Maggie Sottero's Alanis pictured in ivory over light gold

Why we love it: That bodice, the boning, the crystal encrusted straps. . . the list goes on and on. Alanis is by the renowned Maggie Sottero and has topped our favorite list! What an inspiration. Want to see this in person? Call to schedule a bridal appointment! Try her on. She could be the wedding dress you've been searching for!

Mori Lee style 2780 pictured in ivory/mocha
Why we love it: Look at all that lace! This lace doesn't get lost in the background. It stands out against the Mocha colored details!

Romance style 2855 pictured in white

Why we love it: We always love a good, clean ball gown! What's different about this one? POCKETS! A modern twist to a timeless, elegant wedding gown. What's not to love?

Sophia Tolli's Peyton pictured in ivory

Why we love it: A fairytale come true, Peyton is a grand wedding gown that has cascading lace down the attention-grabbing silhouette. We love this for the details. The hand-beaded crystal belt creates a lovely A-line silhouette that is suited for a lady in love.

Sottero & Midgley's Zinnia pictured in ivory/pewter accents
Why we love it: Zinnia is the epitome of drama. This is the gown that is to die for this season. This Sottero & Midgley Couture wedding legacy features all-over thick lace appliques that glisten with dazzling Swarovski crystals. The ivory gown has pewter colored accents that warm this gown up and make the ever-deserving details stand out.

Mismatched styles and bold statement colors have been seen all over the internet, runway, and bridal magazines! Who says you can't wear white to a wedding? You are the bride, you make the rules. Do you want your leading ladies to be adorned in ivory (think Kim K/West wedding)? Be bold. Go against the grain. Different style bridesmaid dresses make for some of the cutest photos! Let your girls show off their personality!

What's Trending in Mother of the Bride/Groom Gowns?
COLOR and LACE! Your MOB/MOG dress does NOT have to be frumpy. This is a very special day for you too, mom! You made her the woman she is today, you deserve to look fab! This season, it's all about deep colors and soft lace!

Cameron Blake style 215625 pictured in Mauve

Why we love it: The rich mauve color is fit for a queen! This color looks great on so many skin tones. The thick satin belt helps accentuate the waistline while the side draped skirt elongates the body!

Jade style J165069 pictured in burgundy
Why we love it: No one likes being too hot or too cold at a wedding! The coverage from the sleeves allow you to stay warm during these chilly nights while not getting too hot! Also, that color! We LOVE jewel tones for a Fall/Winter wedding!

Janique style W983 pictured in taupe
Why we love it: It's fabulous-without being too over the top! The taupe color helps tone down this NOT-frumpy MOB/MOG dress. The lace bodice is wonderful. Definitely ranks on our favorite list!

La Femme style 21627 pictured in cocoa
Why we love it: The lace, the color, the silhouette, everything about this dress is so figure flattering!
